Nicola responded quickly to my email, explained the procedure, time-line and cost. She then asked supplementary questions which culminated in her excellent report, which confirmed several of my thoughts. Her research also highlighted some issues I had not even thought about, such as my Great Grandfather’s military history and his obituary in The Grantham Journal which highlighted his status in the community. In summary I found her approach to be very professional, informative, and good value for money. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends interested in researching their own family history.
